In 1991, a company was established by joint venture between Nippon Valqua Industries, Ltd Japan and GOEI Trading Corporation Japan with Indoprima Group which produce clutch facing to supply OEM, OES, and after market clutch disc manufacture. To meet the market demand, we produce high quality clutch facing with asbestos free material. Our main local customer are: PT. Exedy Indonesia, PT. Aisin Indonesia, and After Market. For overseas customer, Australia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, United States of America.

In 2006, we became the majority share holder and change the name of company to PT. Indofacing Indonesia in order to meet the market demand of clutch facing all over the world. In order to get a letter control and efficient management then in January 2008, we merged PT. Indofacing Indonesia to PT. Indoprima Gemilang and becoming the clutch facing plant.
